some exceptions can be made for pickups earlier in the day.

No drop in visits everything must be reserved and scheduled with us in advance

Are reservations required, and if so, how far in advance should they be made?

Reservations are required and can be made up to one month in advance by

email. We ask for a 2-day notice for daycare and one week notice for boarding. If you are a regular client and have a last minute need, we can try to accommodate you based on space.

What is the process for dropping off and picking up a dog?

Please message us when you are 5 minutes away during your scheduled pickup/drop off window and we will meet you outside. Due to the safety and liability, we cannot have humans on the premises

What is your trial process?

The trial process is used to evaluate a dog's behavior and social skills in order to determine whether they are a good fit for the daycare. During the trial, we will observe the dog's interactions with other dogs, their ability to follow basic commands, be in a crate, their barking levels and their comfort level in the facility. This information is used to help determine whether the dog will be able to participate. There is a non-refundable fee associated with this process, and please ensure your availability in case your dog cannot be managed and needs to be picked up early.

Can owners request updates or photos of their dog while they are away?

Yes we provide email updates every 48 hours, and if there are any concerns we will message/call the owners. We also update our Instagram as well.

Are there any age, breed, or health requirements for dogs?

There are no age, breed, or health requirements. Dogs must pass the assessment trial. Puppies may be required to be tested within 2 weeks of boarding. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines/flea and tick. If your dog is special needs or has certain health concerns, please contact us and we will figure out the best system to work with you.

Are there any additional fees for administering medications or special care?

Yes, it is dependent on the level of care needed. Please reach out to us for your specific medical concerns.

How much outdoor time do the dogs get, and is it supervised?

Our dogs have access to the yard during the day, and they can come inside to the playroom or their crates whenever they want. We use security cameras to monitor their activity both inside and outside, to make sure they are behaving appropriately and not engaging in any aggressive behaviors. We have removed any potential hazards from the yard to ensure that it is dog safe. While we are not able to supervise them constantly, we do check in on them regularly and ensure that they are safe and protected. We believe it is important for our dogs to have some independence and freedom to roam and play, but we also want to make sure they are well taken care of.

Is the home climate-controlled, and if so, how is it maintained at a comfortable temperature for the dogs?

Our home is climate-controlled, and we try to maintain a comfortable temperature for the dogs by setting the thermostat between 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter and increasing it in the summer as needed. However, since the door between the indoor playroom and yard is open during the day, the temperature can vary due to external conditions. If your dog tends to be sensitive to cold temperatures, we recommend bringing a jacket for them to wear during their stay with us.

Are you insured and licensed, and are the staff members trained in pet first aid and CPR?

Yes, we are a licensed and insured. We are also trained in pet first aid and CPR.

What should I bring for my dog during their stay?

Please do not bring anything that you are concerned about losing in the facility. We are not liable for any damages or loss to items. We have dog beds and bowls so please do not send those!

Daycare: Harness, Collar, Leash, Jacket (if needed), and any treats/meals required

Boarding: Harness, Collar, Leash, Meals (if multiple items please prepackage per meal), treats, poop bags, jacket, blanket, and towel. Please no bones that can cause choking or toys that may cause aggression.

Where do dogs sleep at night? Can I bring their dog bed?

We have crates available for dogs of any size, and if your dog is a malamute/great dane or other larger dogs we have a larger kennel available for them. All pups are crated during meals and overnight for their safety. If there is an emergency or special need and someone is not available to supervise the dogs, then the dogs are crated. We have beds available and ask that you do not bring your own in case it gets damaged.

Are there any additional activities or services offered to enhance the dog's stay, such as one-on-one playtime or training sessions?

You can add on additional services such as adventure trips, walks or training sessions for additional fees. These services are based on our discretion of whether we can manage your dogs in these new environments. For dogs who stay with us for longer term we try to incorporate additional options when we are available but cannot guarantee this without additional fees.

Are you able to accommodate long-term boarding stays?

Yes, we can accommodate this for your dog and generally recommend dogs do at least one short term boarding or regular daycare before a long-term stay.

Can owners cancel or change their reservation, and if so, is there a penalty or fee for doing so?

We are not a large boarding facility, and have limited space and plan when having dogs stay with us for their specific needs. Therefore, we do charge a deposit for their stay. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, deposits are nonrefundable. Please reach out to us if you have a specific concern and we will try to work with you when we can.

Are the dogs separated by size, breed, or temperament while they are boarding?

We do try to match dogs based on their temperament to find fun playmates for everyone. However, we do not separate dogs by size and breed. We expect all dogs to be friendly to each other and be well socialized.
